Career advising begins as early as your first semester. Our professional staff provides guidance and services to assist you to develop and reach your professional and personal goals.

Working with tools to help determine your strengths, attending resume and portfolio workshops, engaging in interviewing skills training, and accessing career fairs and internships throughout the course of your undergraduate study builds confidence and a professional network well in advance of your first professional job search.

Four-Year Career Plan

Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Employment Promise Program provides full-time undergraduate students with a personalized, four-year career plan. The program is structured around academic, leadership, professional development, and service experiences.

Career Fairs, Internships, and Jobs

Â鶹ÊÓƵ hosts several career fairs on campus each year. Some fairs draw employers from many different industries and others are industry-specific. Search online for internships and full-time jobs on the Handshake platform.

Resumes and Portfolios

A well-organized and thoughtful resume makes a strong impression on employers. The Office of Career and Life Success assists all students in crafting persuasive resumes and assembling portfolios that showcase your experience and skills.

Networking and Interviewing
